Spanish urban artist Diegote has expanded his musical catalog with the single “La Curiosidad,” released through Dale Play Records. The track brings a fresh urban vibe and smooth reggaeton rhythm, showcasing the distinct vocal style that has helped him build a growing presence in Spain’s national urban music scene.
## Smooth Reggaeton Production and Collaborations
“La Curiosidad” blends a laid-back reggaeton beat with catchy lyrics centered on the excitement and anticipation of meeting someone special. To bring the track to life, Diegote teamed up with producer PMP, a frequent collaborator who has worked with the artist on several previous releases throughout his career.
Following a breakout 2024, the Mallorca-born artist spent 2025 exploring diverse musical directions and expanding his sonic palette. Earlier in the year, he surprised listeners with the ballad “Atlántida” and the single “Superior.” He also joined forces with renowned Spanish singer Beret on the collaborative track “Amaneceres,” which quickly surpassed two million streams within its first month of release.
## From Self-Taught Rapper to Viral Urban Star
Diegote officially launched his recording career in 2023 with the debut track “Si las Luces Se Apagaran,” which has accumulated more than seven million streams. Entirely self-taught, he initially started out writing rap lyrics before transitioning into singing, ultimately developing a recognizable vocal delivery that has resonated with international audiences.
His major breakthrough arrived with the viral hit “Tu Silueta,” a massive release that generated over 70 million streams across digital platforms and inspired more than 10 million creations on TikTok. While he remains rooted in his early love for rap, Diegote continues to prove his versatility across multiple genres, from emotional ballads to melodic reggaeton.
